Remember to book a table in advance – if you arrive without a reservation, we unfortunately cannot seat you.

Advance payment is required for the tasting menu at the time of booking, and all reservations are non-refundable. The wine menu can be ordered and paid for online, but all other beverages must be chosen and paid for at Restaurant Ulo.

Being in the Arctic means we must live by Nature’s rules. A small selection of fruits and vegetables grow here, but for most of the year, access to fresh produce is limited. As such, we are unable to accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets.

For specific food allergies, please inform us in advance to allow menu adjustments where possible.
